Long pine needles, acorns, palm seeds, lawn shrimp, sand, even frogs. This machine doesn't miss a thing. I'm very impressed. Easy to maintain too.

Does a good job, except in the corners. The cord tangles regardless of the swivel connection. The remote control is slow to respond. Other than that, I'm happy with it.

Very disappointed because the cord gets tangled even though it comes with the swivel! This was one of the reasons I chose this cleaner

We have a few tips to help with cord tangling: - Verify the floating cable enters the water near the middle of the pool length. Spread the floating cable evenly throughout the pool, ensuring it is free from kinks and coils. - Ensure the cable is not too tightly wrapped or coiled when storing. - If the problem persists, lay the cable straight in the sun to relax it and remove kinks. Not impressed, app sux, cleaner is sub par, only a 2 year warranty and the cable goes bad just weeks out of warranty. This machine isn't cheap and to be unreliable, CS left a bad taste in my mouth. Over $500 for a replacement cord..WTH The swivel is a poor design, C'mon Polaris do better.

I’m disappointed that it doesn’t do steps or the sit out areas

Robotic cleaners have a difficult time with steps and benches, as they cannot distinguish between the top of the pool and other surfaces. We recommend regular brushing of the steps, and once the debris is dislodged, the cleaner can remove it from the bottom or sides of the pool. Robot does pretty good job of cleaning however leaves pockets of algae in the rounded corners of the pool. Also, doesn't clean the walls entirely, leaves lots of streaks. Picks up debris fine when it finds it.
