    Broke down after 3 weeks and now been in the shop for a month and can get anyone to help me

    Cleans very well, picking up sand and grass better than machines I had previously. Also it is is better than pie prior machines at going up the walls to clean them. The feature that has it climb in order to be taken out of the pool is great.

    After 30 days cleaner would not work on floor/wall setting.

    It cleans good but when you remove the cleaner from the pool, all of the debris comes out the back and goes back in the pools when lifting it out of the pool.

    - While the interior filter basket is easier to remove, my prior sweep (Pentair SE Warrior) was much better at collecting finer dirt and debris. The filter basket is not as good - The EPIC runs a 2 hour cycle but fails to clean the entire pool. It tends to repetitively clean certain areas, while missing other spots completely - The Epic does not climb the wall and scrub the water line as well as the Pentair SE Warrior.     I'm not sure if it's a Zodiac Pool Systems problem or a Polaris Pool problem, however, before you buy this pool cleaner, or any Polaris pool cleaner, I suggest you contact Polaris and ask how long a warranty repair takes. Also ask the dealer how long it takes to repair a Polaris. I took my Epic 8642 IQ, purchased 10/21/2023, to the Baton Rouge, LA, dealer for warranty repair on 8/4/2023 because lights are out on the power supply.     Great design and cleans all aspects of the pool. Issue is it will not stay connected to a wireless network and iAqua. Looses connection after four hours. There is no way to schedule cleaning or complete task remotely. Needs to be constantly rebooted and no assistance from Polaris. Customer Service sends you to a long virtual wait line to wait to talk to someone without resolution.

    From my experience with Polaris pool sweep products I will not give a real review until after one year of use. It’s only been in use about 3-4 hours. I’m not happy with my last $1,000 Polaris pool sweep that we purchased in 2020. It spent months in the shop and finally Flurida sent us a replacement. That one lasted one year exactly! It fell apart in the pool. Dan from Flurida customer service said there’s no way this is a manufacturing problem. He blamed us and would do nothing to help replace it.     It fails to pick up leaves or any debris, does pick up fine sand, I still have to clean pool after running cleaner 3 or 4 times. Very disappointed for the money I spent.
