The Freedom is pretty amazing! I’ve been waiting for Polaris to “cut the cord” with one of its robots to replace my Polaris 360 pressure side vac. Cleaning performance over the past few weeks has been fantastic. The freedom climbs walls and the steps into the pool which has significantly reduced the need for manual brushing. Not so sure about the value of the iaqualink integration. I definitely use the smart cycle, but I cannot seem to reliably get notifications on when the freedom is ready for removal. This system works great! We use it weekly and it runs and climbs walls leaving a clean streak its path. Just set it in the water and it’s on its way! Being cordless is an amazing feature and it’s super easy to set on the base and recharge when it’s done. Would totally recommend to others!

Love this cleaner. The wifi could use some work but the cleaner alone is amazing! It picks up stuff on the bottom that I can't even see!

I am constantly losing connection with the Polaris. The app will show the 2.5 hour countdown and then lose connection as soon as I put it in the water. I don't think it’s out of WiFi range because it appears to lose connection as soon as it gets in the water.

I would like to say the actual product works good, but Customer service is horrible. I had a few questions i had asked about product & I can’t get a reply back & person I talked to on the phone didn’t know. Customer support doesn’t exist for this product!

The cord is too short to reach an outdoor outlet, so I have to charge the unit inside my house - dragging it in and out each day. Not being able to set it wet on the recharging station is also a pain. I have to let it sit outside till it's fully dry and then haul it inside to charge. Really wish I hadn't purchased it.

Didn’t climb the stairs. Ran for 2 hours a day and then died. Pool needs to be cleaned for more than 2 hours a day. Returned it after using it for a few days.
