My $1400 Polaris freedom robotic cleaner worked well but just after the 2 year warranty ended my battery is dead. Out of all the other cheaper pool vacuums I've purchased in the past all of them outlasted this overpriced one. A replacement battery is close to $700 , you can mark my words I will never buy another Polaris anything!!

It doesn’t work well in my pool. The surface is pebble tech. It falls off the wall. I don’t think the product has enough suction to hold it to the surface. Therefore it is not cleaning the pool. Very disappointing. Pinch-A-Penny has not been helpful at all in this matter.

I cannot get the app and the vacuum to sync, regardless of updates and following the instructions. The vacuum can only clean the Pool floor once, and you have to recharge the machine. My pool is only 14,000 gallons, and its floor is rectangular. The wall feature is great until it finds the stairs, at which point it will tip over. I do not recommend for the price.

I really hate this vacuum. Cord isn't long enough for recharging station. Not being able to put the vacuum on the charger wet causes me to not charge it till the morning cause it takes overnight to dry. Then a couple of hours to charge before I can put in the pool. And the app is poor. Really hate it. I'm going to talk to retailer to see if I can return it. A LOT of money for a crappy product.

Awful experience. Purchased vacuum and used 9 times before it wouldn’t charge. Had battery replaced and vacuum still does not work. Been driving all over creation to have it looked at since it’s under warranty with no resolution and no compensation. We have spent our entire summer unable to use our pool bc this vacuum hasn’t worked to keep our pool floor clean. Extremely disappointing and will never buy another Polaris product.

It cleaned fine in areas it would touch, but after 5 consecutive runs (with full battery charges between), there were multiple splotches more than 20 sq ft that it never touched. We have a kidney shaped pool so it’s not complex. We returned it for a Maytronics Dolphin unit which cleaned the entire pool floor on its first run.

It only spot cleans and the charge only lasts two hours before you have to charge again. It has to be charged at least 90% in order to use it. Returning it for a corded cleaner.

The app hardly ever connects to the machine, itself. It would be nice so I can tell how much battery life is left and when it's about finished with its' cycle. Also, fishing the machine out of the pool is not "User Friendly" at all.
