Was broken when arrived. Sent back and was supposed to get new one. That was 2+ months ago. They say they are now backordered. Still waiting. Pool will be closed before it comes.

I find the Freedom does not do a very good job cleaning the waterline. I still have to brush the walls and waterline after it is finished cleaning for 2.5 hours. Not sure if this is a design flaw or because it is battery operated and does not have enough power. It does clean the floor very well. Also the app is worthless, I have to start it manually and set a timer so I know when it is done.

Freedom does not completely cover the bottom of our shaped pool (hourglass). Our previous 9450 model was perfect except for the cord connectivity at the end.

It was broken when delivered. Got caught between the manufacturer and seller as to who was responsible. Eventually seller agreed to replace at no charge. 3+ weeks later we still have no product.

Works great. It even picks up small branches that have fallen in the pool. My husband, who previously had shown no interest in the pool, can't wait to go out each morning to check to see if he can use it.
