    Ok I went in knew what I wanted and bought still haven’t seen my rebate so I might not recommend you to anyone

    I really wanted to like this robot, but it hasn't worked for us since day 1. The wheels are supposed to turn 10 times every minute, and ours will not do this. It does not clean our pool and sadly, we may have to return, if something isn't helped.

    Did not have enough suction. I believe it had noting to due with Polaris unit. We have roof solar panel heating and it take a lot of water intake to push water to second story.

    Barely moved, would not go to the shallow end , got stuck on the grate at the bottom and on the sides

    Could not get the unit to work. The connector that was given did not fit into skimmer. Tried holding in and also tried various combinations of connectors. After struggling with this thing for over an hour, packed it back up and returned it

    The vacuum is not going around the entire perimeter of the pool and is not climbing the walls of the pool.
