Garbage product and technical support. I never get my rebate, also the product stop working/broke in a couple of months of use. I called and waiting for more than an hour and they never answered/addressed my call. Terrible option of product. I do not recommend this product, do not waste your time and money with this company/brand.
This is supposed to climb better than the phoenix per Leslies pool tech, it would not go up my micro pebble, and it would sit and scrap the front edge of machine at about 10' up, it also jammed 2 x in first 3 days of use. This machine to do the same job as the phoenix had to use more RPM on my variable pump as well which will ultimately use more power than the prior cleaner used dont recommend (my pool is 25 x 35 micropebble 4 ft on one end 7 ft on deep end for reference)

suction mechanism is ok, but the connecting tubes rotate and click mechanism sucks and allows air to enter the inlets creating all kinds of problems....plus the mechanism which has the spring-loaded regulator is also sucking in air...which is problematic.... not happy

The rebate program is poorly run. Too difficult to navigate, too many requirements for reimbursement. Polaris should just offer $100 lower price as incentive to purchase its pool vacuum equipment and avoid alienating customers by having customers jump so many hoops to get a $100 Visa card.

The numerous connections is the weak part of the system. Main source of sucking air into the pump which requires bleeding the air out often . When contacted Leslie’s manager for the area for a possible solution was met with less than helpful remarks. Would seriously think of other brand next time buying pool equipment because of her.
