The pool vacuum is great, but your company sucks. I submitted my registration and rebate, but your company did not honor the rebate and did not send my rebate.

The cleaner is not consistent. I have to pull It out the pool to turn the scrubbers because the cleaner had stop working. I’ve had to do this several times since buying the cleaner. I will be calling customer service about this issue.

I wouldn't buy it again. It picks up some of the dirt. Then once I clean the pool with the manual vacuum the pool is clean.

Its not climbing the walls :( Tried to adjust the flow and the count is good as per the specs
