Had been without a pool cleaner for a while. Kept chemicals done but had lots of leaves and debris. Finally got Polaris installed and within couple hours pool was crystal clean. Very happy using this product. Now after only hour, pool is always clean and ready for swimming. Very happy customer.

Needed a suction side cleaner to run through the skimmer. Installed it, adjusted the suction at the pump and the hose port, and unit works great. I did have to put a brick on the hose that plugs into the skimmer to keep it from coming out after the pump turns off, but no big deal.

Is your skimmer set with the valve cuff that came with the cleaner? The valve cuff should be keeping the hose in place. it took a while to figure out the right suction to make the unit move. Super easy to put it into the pool and take out.

The pool cleaner is worth every penny, but the wait for the rebate is a pain in the neck.

Easy set up. Great job to be so small. Only issue I have is that it doesn’t seem to go up the steps. I have the brush the steps or set the vacuum on each step.
