Loved it at first but after about 3.5 weeks of use the display would turn off. After another week the unit would stop working mid cycle. A few days later it was inoperable. It was replaced under warranty however the new robot”s display does not function for more than a few minutes. Our initial excitement, which was escalated with all of the hype from the sales person at the store, has been replaced with frustration and disappointment. We really wanted to love this product. We expected it to be more reliable for the cost.

We like the concept and when it works is great. The problem is 2 weeks after we received it, it died, needed a new motor. sent in for service and it took over 3 weeks to repair. and now that its back the cord doesn't spin freely on the swivel and is constantly tangling up. When you pay ~$1500 for an item, little flaws like this shouldn't exist. I’m very concerned over the floating cable in regards to where it connects to the power supply. I called a technician and sent pictures and never heard back. Very disappointed.

I wanted to hate this vacuum as soon as my husband pointed it out. I was convinced that there was no way it would be worth the cost. I was so wrong! It actually does cover every area of the floor and walls, unlike the others that have claimed the same thing. I’ve never been so happy to be wrong!
I bought this robot last year...It worked great for the 3 months it was used..It was stored in doors until this season..The cord & motor were both replaced because it literally worked for one day this year..Got it back..Worked again for one day...Brought it back again..The I aqua link box was replaced....Got it back again...Worked for one day again....Brought it back again...Apparently won’t give me my money back even though it started messing up less than a year after I purchased it...Not to mention it was only used for 3 m... read more

I bought the P965iq about a week ago. I set it up with my phone like the instructions said. So far I'm not very happy with it. Where it passes it does a good job of picking up. All it does is go to the wall and go up and then backs down, stops, makes a 90 degree turn, goes to the next wall and does the same thing. All it does is pass the same path along the 4 sides of the pool. Other times when it backs down the wall, it tries to turn towards that wall.
