Cleans well, but cord tangles and unit turns upside down, scuffing finish to a dull beaten look of a several year old machine. Had to return for warranty repair under 5 months, error code 03 unresolvable buy following manufacturer’s troubleshooting tips. Three stars based on price and unreliable function.

I purchased this cleaner in June 2019. As far as the cleaner itself, the unit works well and does a good job. The one issue I've had with mine is setting up the iAqualink app so I can use the full features of the P965iQ. Initially the app would not advance to the set-up screen to tailor the cleaner to my pool, set up a schedule, etc. Now, the control box for the cleaner is no longer showing up as an available Wi-Fi connection on my phone, so I'm unable to try to troubleshoot iAqualink. It does not clean the sides of my rectangle pool. This is mandatory of a robotic cleaner so I give it a failing grade

Doesn't pick up fine particles, leaves the pool dirty after the dust settles.

It does fairly good at picking out but it is just too large for a pool with round edges. Try to return it to Leslie’s pools and they Wanted a restocking fee which was ridiculous amount of money. I am just not happy overall with it

I loved the generation before which is not available this model with the bells and whistles which can only be controlled by your hone has a serious flaw. If you can’t dumb down your internet speed it won’t work so it is useless.

I can’t believe how much sludge and dirt this thing pulls out of an already vacuumed pool. Worth the money and then some. 👍
