Very reliable and efficient. There is only one little thing bothersome: the cord gets twisted and I have to straighten it out every few uses, but maybe it's just my process that's at fault. Wink Weinberg

A lot better than the other cleaners.
Works really good and like the feature to control the Polaris using the app on my phone.
It does a very good job of cleaning the pool. However it is very hypnotizing to watch and I cannot get other things done when I put it in the pool because I'm too busy watching it.
Cleans my pool VERY well. I’ve had challenges controlling it with the app. If it wasn’t for that issue, my rating would be a 5!!

No problems this summer. Much easier to clean then the Aquabot.
My pool was filthy and the full basket light went on every 5 minutes on my phone. I had so much silt sitting on the floor of the pool. Stayed with it all day and by the 2nd day it was up to 2 hours of cycle time before the full light went on. So much water pressure come out the rear that it would blow up particles from the floor. I have lots of oak leaves that fall into the pool and overwhelm my leaftrapper system. Bought the unit at Leslie Pools at 20 percent off.
