This was my first order from Pool Supply World and it was perfectly executed, shipped next business day, fedex tracking number came by email, (Fedex did their normal good job), product was exactly as order. Installed and running just fine.
Pump was delivered as advertised, included all the hoses and fittings, and works great! This new pump replaced a 20 year old booster pump of the same brand / model.
The package was well packaged and easy to install. Replaced the older version with no issues. All the parts needed were included, including new hoses and 4 connectors with the new locking clips.

My pool people wanted $450 plus installation for my Polaris booster pump. Pool Supply World had it for $195 with free shipping. I asked my pool people if they would install a pump if I got one. They said they do it all the time. The installation was $65 for my pump or for theirs so I ordered the pump. It arrived quickly, I called for installation and it was done. I saved $250WOW!!!
