Old unit was almost 11 years old and was *REALLY* getting loud (bearings going out). The new pump shipped and arrived quickly. It included everything I needed (except tools) and installation was a breeze (I do a lot of handywork around the house and for neighbors). The pump is very quiet and you hardly notice when it kicks on, and I know my neighbor will appreciate it (my pumps are right outside her bedroom :-).
