My Polaris pump body (plastic material) started cracking and water was leaking. Polaris team helped me secure a new part very quickly despite severe market shortage of this item. They did really an excellent job. The pump itself is great with a quiet operation and it very easily serviced.

I have purchased this booster pump in May 2020. It is quiet and efficient BUT the pump body plastic part started leaking through multiple small cracks at the base of the part after 5 months of use. After replacing this part the exactly same defect appeared after 6 months again. Evidently manufacturing problems (wrong plastic component). Now this part is on back order with shipping dates scheduled for March 2022. I consider this product severely flawed and the plastic part should be recalled by the manufacturer. MP

TWICE THE FRONT HOUSING HAS CRACKED, NOT A YEAR OLD.

My Pool Service company purchased and installed this booster pump. Running well - all systems go. I am not the one who really should be answering this question , as I rely on my Pool Service company to always do the right thing. I am confident that they would not have used your product if they did not have good experience with it .
Suddenly my PB4SQ can not pull the Polaris back Never had that problem with the PB4-60 Water pressure of PB4SQ is much lower No idea what the problem is

The pump works well. When first installed it had to be replaced but is doing what it is supposed to do. At times there is a noise vibration in the plastic housing.
Love how quiet it is... Also very user friendly to install. You can tell that much thought went into creating this product.
Much quieter than the older pb4.
