My pump stopped working after 3 months. I contacted warranty support and had to follow up multiple times to get a response. It seemed great for about 3 months. Then it quit working. Turns out the starting capacitor went bad.

It’s a bonafide POS. Sprung leaks through micro cracks in the housing after 2 years. Waste of money. Installed Nov 2021, leaking and useless Nov 2023.

This pump is a POS. Lasted 5 months. Bearings went out and their Tech Service blamed it on voltage. What a bunch of dumbsh_ts. Tbey also voided warranty. Do not buy. My generic lasted 6 yrs.

I love the pump when it is working. Quiet, Efficient. Unfortunately the pump design is greatly flawed. Google it, people are plagued with leaks and spontaneous cracking of the housing. Not convinced? Try buying a pump housing - Out of Stock around the planet because of the shear number of failures. Housing has been redesigned but try getting one. Housing cracked and started leaking within 2 years and can’t find the part. Have a knockoff coming from China and will try to repair but the housing failure seems common, as well as the problem finding repair parts. Regret buying it.
