So much better than my old one. Occasionally runs on its side probably because of extra long hose.

Thank you for your review, Layne! We have a few suggestions to try for when your cleaner is running on its side: 1. Check the filter bag, if full it can weigh the cleaner down on one side. 2. Remove the head float and shake it. If there is water in the float, you'll need to replace it. 3. Check the hose floats to make sure they are spaced evenly. 4. Verify the wheel RPMs are in range. 5. The Polaris has proven itself year over year for us now on our 6th pool! We have had a Polaris with all! Only negative this time around, is bags not holding up gone thru 2 in a year! Nothing to do with the machine! I recommend Polaris

Equipment works well. I removed the new blue tail piece off sweeper hose because it does not work well, gets clogged and even falls off. Using just regular Polaris sponge to sweep floor same as before. Overall, does great job keeping pool clean once dialed in.

Purchased from Pinch A Penny and it seems to work well. The hose seems to get “tangled” more Than any previous hose. This is our third Polaris in 28 years and basically we are happy with the performance. I believe the price is a bit inflated, especially if you include the price of the pump. The accessories Are way too expensive.
