The attached bag seems always full of water, and the sweeper travels not flat dieectly on the pool floor. Cleaning the bags often seems to make the problems less toublesom, but it takes more time and efforts to maintain. The sweeper does not reach corners and edge of the pool. Is this problem caused bt wrong length of pipe? Does the sweeper come with new pipe that works well with it? The current pipe looks like the original one I had for decades. Tangled up pipe always is a problem in my. case.

We have had a Polaris pool cleaner for many years. This is our third cleaner in 27 Years. All have done a really good job, but this new one had to have a few adjustments by the dealer before it performed properly! (Probably because we didn’t know how to make the proper adjustments ourselves)! However, we are pleased to say that it is as good as the others! Don’t know how anyone owns a pool without owning one of these machines! It’s great!

Had one before for years and loved it. This new one is fine except for the the bag. Seems fine dirt will go right through it. Old one always had some dirt in it. Just leaves or bugs.
