After a week’ use cleaner would turn on its side and remain after much manipulation of floats problem lessened somewhat after two weeks sponge on tail completely gone

It tuns into the walls and steps and can get itself righted so it can continue cleaning. I free it up almost daily

I watched many youtube videos and leaned how to adjust it let cleaner machine move in wide range to reach corner of swimming pool, but failed again, again. I can't figure out

The cleaner is fine, but I feel I got tricked into buying it in a period where there were now incentive plan in place. I ordered the cleaner in December but since it wasn't installed until January (due to weather) the team didn't want to honor the incentive, instead they said I should have waited until April. That is not good Customer Service, and I will think twice before buying Polaris products in the future.

The unit has a lot of difficulty navigating steps..gets hung up and backup has difficulty pulling it out of the steps.

It floats around the pool. Not much cleaning

Ensure that the head float is not filled with water. Try running the cleaner without the bag and if it fixes the issue then clean the bag with soap and warm water. I was very disappointed Spend all that money. It wasn't cheap very expensive and when I put it in the water there were parts there were messed up or broke. Had to take it in for service 34 weeks out at to wait to get it fixed. I'm not happy about that. I took it to sleep where I purchased the Polaris. And it took all that time for a brand new Polaris. What he should've done was give me a new one, just like the one I bought in the box just saying
