This is our 5th Polaris purchase, over four decades. Local dealer was a disaster ! Misinstalled the unit badly and it both wraps itself around the feed hose and the feed hose as well coils around the wall outlet. As well, unit stops at bottom step/wall intersection and will not move. Called and wrote to Polaris Customer Service; the "expert" had no clue how to help. SAD

The single wheel mount was already broken in the box. I tried to exchange it but the only other one in stock was also broken in the same place. I was told that the part was intentionally made more cheaply on this new model, to increase sales of replacement parts. I got my money back and bought the 3900 Sport instead.

This not the first Polaris I have purchased. I like this unit very much, but when I opened the package I saw two parts that were missing. The head float and the hose nut that attaches the hose to the Polaris unit. I called the service department of your company and informed them of the parts missing. There was no offer to ship the missing parts. So I visited Benchmark pool supply where I purchased the pool cleaner and they gave me the two parts that was missing from the box the Polaris came in.

After a week’ use cleaner would turn on its side and remain after much manipulation of floats problem lessened somewhat after two weeks sponge on tail completely gone
