Amazing robot that I've been telling my friends to purchase as well!
Overall good experience, no issues with wire tangling. Only issue is that it doesn’t go up on walls all time but very randomly. I have a large 60 feet pool with 4 sitting areas. It doesn’t go up to clean them so I have to do them with brush.

Overall happy with the VRX Cleaner. Easy to use app, cleans well in spots it can reach. Pool looks much better than when the old pressure side washer was being used. I'm removing one star for its weak performance cleaning stairs and ledges. There tend to throw it off, and it either skips a ledge altogether, or does not make consistent passes. Overall happy with the product.
Coolest and easiest thing to use to thoroughly clean my pool. It’s literally plug and play out of the box. Money well spent.
