The cleaner works great it does an amazing job at cleaning around the pool, only issue is that it doesn’t always climb up on the walls it only does it on some areas, but still worth it.

I came from a pressure side Polaris which I was very satisfied with. Our new home pool filter was not piped for pressure side. My Polaris iQ is light years ahead - it’s also 3x the cost but if you don’t have the plumbing and want a filter - Polaris iQ is hands down the best product on the market. It cleans my 20 x 40 pool in 2.5 hours. The icing on the cake comes as the end; when you are ready to remove robot - press LIFT button and the robot comes up the wall for easy removal. Great product!

I previously had a Polaris 965iq and the new VRX iQ is tremendously better. The cord does not get twisted up like it did with the 965, when climbing the walls it doesn't flip on its back and overall is just a much superior cleaner. My only issue is connecting to the app on my phone.

I live in the desert and this is the only pool cleaner that removes sand from the pool. Love it.
