I was pleasantly surprised by how well it performed in cleaning even the finest of sand particles and other ultra fine debris. I expected it to follow some precise pattern of finding and mapping the pool perimeter on its initial smart clean. It however, was very random but seem to get the 2hr 25 min cycle performed well. Great machine, but unable to clime steps

Thank you for your review, Rasoul! Robotic cleaners have a hard time with steps and benches, as they can’t tell if it’s the top of the pool. Regular pool maintenance requires consistent brushing of steps, benches, etc. Once the debris is dislodged from those areas, the cleaner can take care of it at the bottom or sides of the pool. This pool clear is very user friendly, easy setup. Works great on our pebble tech finish. Cleanup of robot is super easy. Wish I had bought sooner.

First of all, I absolutely love our VRX iQ+ pool cleaner. I've had a few of the Dolphins and the VRX is in another league when it comes to cleaning the pool and maintenance. The chord doesn't tangle, you can program the cleaner for multiple modes via your phone, and I do not miss having to clean those cloth bags. Also, I sent in the form for registration and rebate not knowing you had a limited number of days to get the rebate, well I just received my $100 gift!! I would highly recommend the VRX and Polaris!

Great cleaner and is very simple to use. Would love it even more if it could get on the shelf, but I am thinking it must have been to shallow of a shelf for it to get up on. Keeps the pool clean and is easy to clean out and store.

Happy with the polaris VRXIQ. It does very good job of cleaning my pool of any floor debris. I have had it for about one year and have not experienced any mechanical issues .
