This is our second Polaris cleaner. Well worth the money. Lowers electric bills since you no longer have a cleaner pump running. Does a great job. Use your phone to schedule.

So far, this is an excellent vacuum!!! I am very pleased with the purchase. My only negative is that the price is really high. It seems that after Covid, everybody is trying to make their money back and prices are very difficult for normal people working their normal jobs to adjust to.

This bot is the best thing I got for my pool. It is so much more efficient than the cleaner that came with my pool. It also filters out sand and debris frim the trees. I love it!!

Polaris works great but doesn’t clean step and swim outs

Robotic cleaners have a difficult time with steps and benches, as they can’t tell if it’s the top of the pool. We recommend regular brushing of the steps. Once the debris is dislodged, the cleaner can take care of it at the bottom or sides of the pool. If you need further assistance, please contact our technical support team at (800) 822-7933. The Polaris works great. It's take a few clearing cycle to clean the pool. Wish it has a feature that can clean the surface.
