We love our new pool cleaner (herby) does a great job and the power the 4wd has is awesome he climbs the sides and step and letting him out the water is easy!

This may be the best pool purchase I have ever made. It cleans perfectly, it is easy to use, runs from my smart phone and the most important thing I love is the "lift system" which makes taking it out of the water so simple. I highly recommend it.

Does a great job getting debris off the sides/bottom but anything that floats usually doesn’t get sucked in. It churns up a lot of algae but I guess it wasn’t designed to vacuum the algae. The lift system is nice but still a little heavy for me to get out of the water. The long cable can also be a little cumbersome to coil up.

Overall I am very pleased with the cleaner. It is effective in scrubbing the bottom and sides. I’m not pleased with the cable twisting. I thought the swivel would have some control but it doesn’t.

Here are some suggestions to improve the cord tangling issue: 1) Remove the cleaner from the pool and lay the cable across the pool deck to relieve coiled memory 2) Allow the cleaner cable to enter the pool at the center of the length of the pool 3) Only use enough cable to reach the farthest point from the cable entry location 4) Gently toss the necessary cable across the pool water for even distribution ... read more
Great robot so far very easy to use. Only thing I think could be improved is the lag time on remote control operation. It can be little tricky to self drive due to the lag but other than that it’s great.

This a good clean to remove most debris from the bottom of the pool but since it is not hooked up to any filters most of the finer particular debris is just stirred up and land back at the bottom of the pool. But other than that it does a good job.
