This product is amazing. We previously had an older Dolphin and it was just awful, this rover is so great. We drop it in the pool and then just let it do its thing and our pool has never been better.

Best upgrade I ever made regarding my pool - second to going with Salt. Previous Polaris 280 required ongoing maintenance with failing seal with the pump, getting tangled, etc. This new cleaner is maintenance free, never gets tangled and cleans better than the 280 ever did. Wish I had made this discovery years ago!

Best pool cleaner we ever owned. Cord does get twisted sometimes but the way it cleans makes it seem minor. Really picks up every little bit of trash. I think we even use less chemicals than before. Cant explain it. But LOVE it, Highly recommend it.

Excellent product, I felt a little misled on the rebate though. Said one thing on the paperwork received something different in the mail. Also the card I received was already expired and wasn’t recognized by the automation system as legitimate account. That was a little disappointing. I saw no warranty information for the price I paid for the Polaris $1,500 robot should have a warranty that’s just a consumer preference. All in all totally worth every penny. Overall an excellent pool robotic cleaner. I enjoy the app compatibility, ease of use, and how well it cleans. However, I have an irregular shaped pool with a variety of elevation changes. I wish the robot could navigate these elevation changes and clean the steps, benches, and elevated areas as well as it cleans the rest of the pool floor. Also, the standard basket that comes with the cleaner is insufficient for fine dust and sand. I had to purchase a separate fine mesh basket before I was able to catch these particles... read more

A suggestion that will improve pool coverage is to ensure the cleaner cable is entering the pool at the center of the length of the pool and that only the required amount of cable is allowed into the pool.
