Have had the cleaner a little less than a month. Very pleased with Polaris pool cleaner. It is easy to setup and clean. It does a very thorough job. The iPhone APP is very easy to use and convenient for spot cleaning using the remote control.

The cleaner does a very good job, and would highly recommend. Could improve on picking up the fine powdery dirt..maybe a different filter. It still does a very nice job of climbing walls an removing the scale

I reluctantly use the VRX IQ+ because each time I use it, I am not confident it will complete its cycle. It did not complete its very first cycle without stopping with a communication error. The communication error has occurred on approximately 75% of the cycles runs so far. The only positive is the problem seems to reset once I power down and power up the unit.

The Polaris VRX IQ+ works great and the only issue I have with it is that it is too heavy for me to lift out of the pool now that the water level of my pool has been lowered for Winter.

Cleans good but keeps getting tougher to submerge the Polaris each time!!!

Hi Sid, We are glad to hear your VRX iQ+ is keeping your pool clean but sorry to hear it isn’t submerging properly. There could be air trapped inside the cleaner housing, or the filter canister is full or dirty. Remove the cleaner from the pool and re-submerge to clear the trapped air. Wait for bubbles to stop completely, then let the cleaner sink to the bottom of the pool. Dispose of debris and thoroughly clean the filter canister with mild soap and a soft brush. Happy swimming! It is really easy to use. I just set the days and the time and the type of cleaning and it does the rest. If I forget and leave it out of the water it just doesn’t run. And it’s so easy to get out of the water you just push the button and then it comes up to the edge for you to grab. It tells me if the filter is plugged which doesn’t happen often if at all because I cleaned it occasionally without reminder. In summary it works like a dream. Only negative is that I still have to sweep the steps
