The staff was very personable and professional in serving or pups and dealing with one's getting an upset stomach. Communication and genuine concern and care were top rate and reassuring.

Our dog had a great time during her most recent stay at Pooch. It had been awhile since her last visit, but she was greeted by some familiar faces and welcomed with a lot of love! So grateful to have such a safe and fun place for our dog to stay while we are away!
I really like taking my dog Lou to Pooch Hotel for Daycare and Spa. He seems to really like it and the staff are very nice, friendly and love Lou. We really enjoyed the report card he received after his first daycare and thought it would continue and some pictures/video reel would be very much appreciated from each visit. Thank you, we look forward to Lou’s next visit to Pooch for Daycare/Spa.
Staff is great with Max and Coco. They are always excited to go and play and can’t wait to get in when they arrive. When I have had trouble scheduling on line I can call and they are quick to help me out and get them scheduled.
Tatiana was comforting when Kai and i arrived .. her first time there. Pictures were fun, phone conversations good, put Kai with sister Chaya ..: communication was important to me and I appreciated how helpful and kind everyone was … just a really good experience ‼️
Friendly staff, our dog had a great time! I love getting pictures emailed to me during the stay.
