Our dog Kane, a Doberman, had never been boarded before to our knowledge, so we were obviously a little hesitant. Pooch Hotel Lincoln Park took great care of him and was accommodating of some minor medical needs he needed attending to while he was there as well. He seemed to be very happy and in good spirits when he came back to us. We also weren’t sure how he’d do with other dogs as he can be a little skittish, but Pooch Hotel happily accommodated his alone playtime too.

I think the staff is great, feels like there is a high volume of dogs now, but they seem to stay on top of it.
