My dog Penny loves to go to Pooch Hotel and is always visibly excited and happy when she realizes we are headed there. After a visit she is clean happy and in great spirits. I get regular updates on her from the fine staff and I feel that they do a great job and provide a lot of genuine care. I really appreciate them.

I was very happy as this is the first time we decided to try this out with our dog and of course worried and anxious how he would do but I really appreciated the pupdates via email along with access to webcam and could email for more info

The first day was great, and the girls at the desk were super kind and reassuring. The next time I came back, there was a male worker, and he was not as kind as the others. My dog didn’t seem to like him and when he took her leash, she wanted to go the opposite way, so he actually dragged her. When I spoke to him later in the morning because my dog was scared and hiding, he was very rude.

Friendly and responsive staff. Roxy did have some scratches on her belly, lost her name tag and came home with the wrong kong. None of which were mentioned at check out. But overall a great service and I’ll use again.

My Malti-Poo named Button has been coming to the Pooch since she was a puppy, now she is 12 years old. There's always a familiar face to greet her and they take such great care of her!

Pooch Hotel was able to accommodate a first time day care reservation in such a short notice. Our pooch played all day and came home very happy. We loved his report card! Thank you Pooch hotel at Lincoln Park! We will definitely come back.
