Pooch Hotel was able to accommodate a first time day care reservation in such a short notice. Our pooch played all day and came home very happy. We loved his report card! Thank you Pooch hotel at Lincoln Park! We will definitely come back.

First time using Pooch Hotel. Great communications with me, updating me while my pup was staying overnight by email and sending a photo of my Pace` (11 month old adopted lab/terrier). Staff were all very helpful and friendly and seemed to genuinely care about my loved one during his stay there. Very thorough, addressing basic matters such as Pace's behavioral responses to group play time, etc. He seemed to be happy and somewhat comfortable during his first hotel stay.
