Everyone was amazing with my rescue Daphne. She was EXTREMELY scared of having her nails done. The vet had to restrain & muzzle her, which caused her stress & instilled more fear. The Pooch Hotel was a completely different & positive experience. They gained Daphne's trust prior to attempting to do her nails. They were very gentle, patient & were empathetic of her fear. Daphne did great!! Thank you to all the wonderful staff! šš¶ā¤Ā
