Very kind and knowledgeable at the front desk. When I picked up my dog they workers at the desk were very caring one in particular about my dog.

I was so happy to leave my dog at pooch hotel knowing he was in the best care!
The staff took good care of my four babies when I was away for five nights . It was there first time being away from home. I was very comfortable leaving my babies at Pooch hotel. I know that the staff took good care of them because when I bring them for grooming they get excited go there!!!! Thank you all for caring all four babies !!!
Melo is always excited to arrive, is greeted by people that know him, and is ready to sleep when he gets home!
I left my dog for a weekend, and it wasn't the first time. She had to have private play time, and they did a great job. They really looked after her, but she was alone a lot. Love that I could watch her because of a private camera feed. They were very responsive to my dog's needs. My only wish is that there was an outdoor space because my dog really needs to be outdoors.
Phoebe is always excited when we pull up to Pooch! She loves daycare and I've never had a bad experience boarding her either. Hazel recently joined our family and has been loving daycare! When they boarded together they tore up their beds but I was called and told about it and how they were giving them blankets so they still had something to lay on.
