You always take good care of my dog and she's always happy to be there. My only complaint is that you're getting too popular but that is a good thing.
So easy to book appointments (even last minutes stays) and I know my dog is happy and safe!
Simply put: this is a fabulous place to bring your pet. Besides the facility being clean, easily accessible and crate free, the staff members are what make it superior to other places. It's apparent how much they truly love dogs and nothing is more important to a dog parent than knowing their fur baby is safe and loved. I have an extremely anxious Pomeranian who hates to be separated from my family. My initial phone call for inquiry with the staff was what put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. You can just tell they love dogs! As soon as she arrived, the staff greeted her and my dog gave out friendly licks. When I picked her up she was her usual anxious self but definitely 10x better than other places I've brought her to. The place is very clean and organized. I would definitely trust Pooch Hotel with pet care!
My dog has Bean has been going to Pooch for years and they are amazing! He gets more excited to go there each time!
I love that you can check on your dog at play time with the webcams. Staff is attentive and caring. My dog had a great stay.
