Company has a near exclusive position and is behaving accordingly Communication is difficult. Getting an appointment after initial telephone contact takes many days. Actual appointment maybe out weeks. Telephone messages were not returned. Credit card was charged without my authorization. Good product. The company is a pool over installer. Does not manufacture the pool cover. That is done by a different company in Utah.

Wood different colors than shown in pamphlet Overall, we are very happy with the whole experience. The only let-down was the color of the wood. When we ordered the bench it was shown as a much darker color - one of the reasons we bought it - but once installed it is much lighter, like a pine color. It doesn’t really go with anything else on the back yard, so I might have to restrain it, which is not what I aspected

Our third cover in 30 years This is our third cover. Not really sure when first installed but in late 1980s. The service has always been prompt and delivered when stated. I am amazed by the durability of their cover material. And the equipment has worked with only regular maintenance for all these years. Good product and great service. It meets our needs for safety and water saving, greatly reduces evaporation. We rarely add water to pool.

Reliable! They offer good options and solutions! Pool Covers, Inc. has been consistently great. They did a pool cover for us some time ago. Then, when we needed a new cover, we called them again. They provide a good product. I recommend Pool Covers, Inc.

Nothing But Praise We ordered a long, narrow pool cover (75x10’) as a replacement. Zach arrived soon after my initial contact with Pool Covers Inc. He let us know that we would have to wait 6 weeks for installation. So we signed a contract, cover was installed on specified day, pulleys and rope too. The tech made sure the cover pulled closed correctly and made some adjustments. We were very pleased with the service.

Reliable! Dependable! Good workmanship! Pool Covers, Inc. has made two pool covers for me. The first one was sixteen years ago and lasted a good long time. I didn't have to call them again until last year for a new one. They are great. They always come through. The workers are nice. They know what they're doing. I surely would recommend Pool Covers, Inc.
