I Think the World of Them! Pool Covers are just an incredible company. They installed my original pool covers, and most recently they put in a new key lock for me. The young man who installed it even adjusted my cover so now it closes beautifully. They came right out when I called and got me on the schedule right away. They arrived in a timely manner and did a wonderful job. I really like them and can't speak highly enough about them. I just think the world of them and I would recommend them to anyone!

Great Experience Overall. I have an annual service with Pool Covers Inc, and they do general maintenance for my pool cover (such as cleaning). The pricing for their work is definitely fair and in line with the work that they do. In my most recent experience with them, everything turned out fine and as expected. They were able to reschedule an appointment and they came back when they said that they would. Overall, I had a very good experience with them so I would recommend them to future customers. Best Pool Service ! I've been using the services of Pool Covers Inc. for going on 10 years now. They have been maintaining my pool and keeping it in great shape! Whenever I need any work done I give them a call and they arrive quickly and they finish the work quickly. Really good customer service. I have never had a problem with them in 10+ years so that is a testament on how good they treat their customers. Looking forward to the next time I see you guys !

Really Followed Through on Their Warranty. Pool Covers really followed through on their warranty when we had problems with our pool cover. We have an older pool and it's always tough to put new products on an old pool. They came back and fixed it for free. It's always a really good idea to have reliable pool cover and this is a good company.

Great, Creative Problem Solving. In terms of service, Pool Covers, Inc. has provided me with some outstanding service! The guy that they send out is very creative and really knows how to come up with great solutions to problems I may be having. He is also very knowledgeable about their products and can really provide quality problem solving! I have been a customer of theirs for years now and think that service-wise, they have an excellent operation going on!

They Will Definitely Get My Business Again! I recently used Pool Covers, Inc for the first time. They were fantastic! They scheduled an appointment with me, but when they showed up to my property, right as they were pulling into my driveway, their truck got t-boned. The installer was obviously devastated. I said that he should not even worry about the Pool Cover. So, he apologized and said they would get back to me as soon as possible. And they really did! I Don't Know Anyone Else I Would Use! When I used Pool Covers, Inc. they did a great job! The installer was great and my cover works really well. I am so thankful to have it. I really have no complaints! The pricing was fair. I would certainly use them in the future. I honestly don't know anyone else I would use!

love the covers, but had some trouble with maintenance. I don't want to put down Pool Covers because I think they're stuff is good quality but I have struggled a bit with maintaining what they built to me. They've been back like 3 times to fix the same piece that keeps breaking, which is a key box used to control the cover. So I love the cover, but it's a relatively long wait to get them back out to take a look when you do have a problem. I'm in Sebastopol so I think it's a bit of a hike for them. Excellent automatic pool cover. We really could not be happier with the pool cover that we got from the people over at Pool Covers. These people were so helpful and they got us one that looks so good. We went with an automatic pool cover and it has been working perfectly. The people who did the installation did a completely perfect job and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
