A disappointing experience. This was our first time using Pool Covers Inc. for the repair of our pool cover which was originally installed by them. While they were easy to make an appointment with and arrived when they said they would, it was a less than stellar experience. We called them out to replace the pool cover that they had originally put in. There is supposed to be a sump pump inside the vault in order to get rid of the water. I am perfectly happy with Pool Covers, Inc. They come out and service my automated pool cover once a year and if it needs repairs they also take care of those as well. They are professional and friendly to deal with!

Great Customer Service and Quality Cover. It was our first time using Pool Covers, Inc. because we just recently moved into this home. There was a previous pool cover on the pool but it was old so we got it replaced by them. The guys that came by did a very solid job and were very respectful throughout the whole process. We haven't been able to really use our pool because the weather has been so bad but I'm sure the cover is keeping everything nice and clean. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Happy With Them! I have used Pool Covers, Inc. in the past, and continue to use them. For this visit, they repaired the pullies and ropes on my pool cover. They arrived on time and are very professional. They completed the work in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to others as I have been happy with their work thus far!

Very Professional! Very Competent! Got The Job Done The First Time! We worked with a prior company before, 3 times, and could not get the service done ... Pool Covers, Inc.came twice, once to do an inspection and get us a price quote and the second time to do the work. They had to replace the running gear and cover and they did the work as expected. Very Happy With The Work. We have been working with Pool Covers, Inc. for as long as I can remember but we most recently used their services back in April. We had them over to clean out the ground cover for the pool and also the concrete bolt area. He did a really good job and we were very happy with the results. He proceeded to make sure that everything was working as it should in and around our pool area, he determined that we needed a replacement part and let us know. Great Service, Very Pleased! Pool Covers, Inc. is just a great company to get your cover from and I am very pleased with them. They were very responsive and polite when I called. They showed up on time and the installation was done perfectly. When I needed them to come back in a few days to make a few adjustments, they were there the very next day. I appreciated their customer service. Their product is working perfectly. I have no complaints and I would definitely recommend them to other customers.

Pool Covers, Inc. has great service. Their employees are great to work with and I have never had any problems. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.
