The technicians were very friendly and knew their product! I like that I have used Pool Covers, Inc. three times. I need a new cover that opens and closes for me because I have grandchildren who visit. It takes a long time to get an appointment, and the office staff aren't as friendly as they could be. But the technicians are friendly, and they knew what they were doing! I've lived here 27 years. Of those 27 I have had pool covers for 18 years. Terrific Service! I have used Pool Covers, Inc. in the past. They originally installed my pool cover and all the necessary equipment and motors. It has been several years since that installation. I had them come out and replace the pool cover again and the necessary equipment that needed to be replaced. They did a great job with a prompt arrival, they were very efficient and really friendly! I would recommend them. They did a great job many years ago with the first pool cover and they did a great job this time as well!
