Pool cover is awesome Pool Covers Inc installed our automatic pool cover in August and we have been so grateful especially when it’s windy. It keeps our pool so much cleaner👍🏻 They were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company😊

Total Experience ? The cover works as advertised however, the manual roller to remove the cover is seriously lacking functionality especially for seniors. I experienced a failure of the holddown on the roller and they reinstalled it as well as two additional holdowns, total of four. This helps but is still a chore to remove the cover and fight the looseness of the holddowns. I would think a redesign of the holddowns and manual roller is definitely warranted.

Happy with their service! I haven't had to call for service for a while which is unusual in that pool covers, in general, take a lot of maintenance! Pool Covers, Inc. has helped me keep my cover maintained and they're very good about coming out when I call for service. I would recommend Pool Covers, Inc. They are good with their service and responsive to my calls.

Very Happy With Their Service & Honesty Pool Covers, Inc. installed a pool cover for me about a year ago. I signed up for the service agreement and when they were out recently to check everything they let us know that everything was working great and didn't charge anything for that inspection. They could have easily charged us but they did not and that shows that they are honest! The pool cover has worked great for a year with no issues and I am very happy with this service and also happy with the initial installation!

Good Job! Conscientious Workers! Pool Covers, Inc. installed a new pool cover for me and I have already recommended them to someone else. They do a very good job, they are conscientious, and certainly very nice to deal with. I believe my cover is due for a maintenance check so I will look forward to them coming out and taking care of that soon. I normally do not do reviews but I will for Pool Covers, Inc., that is how much I like their service.
