The company was fantastic! Pool Covers, Inc. had come out to our home to do routine maintenance on our pool cover. We highly recommend them! It was on a Saturday and we were having a big party, so the servicemen came out early that morning to accommodate us. Customer service was great in the office too. They were fantastic! The pricing was really good too and we definitely will use Pool Covers, Inc. again.

Consistently good pool cover service.. We have used this company for nearly 20 years, so we have had 4 or 5 service calls. They respond promptly schedule reasonably quickly and show up when promised. In our case the repairs have always fixed the problem. These devices will break from time to time, though.

Everything was great! The tecnition was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and left no mess, he arrived right on time and was done much sooner than I thought he would be. The cover looks great!!!!! Thank you!

All of the technicians are great and are knowledgeable. Pool Covers, Inc. did some work for me in Summer. I have been using them for a while. I think all of their technicians are great. They really seem to know what they are doing. Their pricing is fine and customer service is great. I will be using them again since Pool Covers, Inc. does excellent work and I highly recommend them.

A very good experience. I had a very good experience with Pool Covers, Inc. and wouldn’t have an issue recommending their services. I didn’t really have that much contact with them as they showed up as expected, got to work and completed the project in a relatively short period of time.

I know I can count on them for perfect results! I have been doing business with Pool Covers, Inc. for many years. They have always done a tremendous job for me every time. I recently had them come out to my home when there was a break in the pin cover that keeps the drum in place. The technician showed up on time and had the perfect attitude. Did a perfect job, would use them again I'm always 100% satisfied with the work the people at Pool Covers, Inc perform for me. The most recent job they did for me was a replacement of my pool cover, which went perfect, no need for a return visit, or complaints of any kind. I am glad that this company was recommend to me and I would use them again.

They did an excellent job Pool Covers, Inc. came out and installed a pool cover for us earlier this year. Recently, they came back out and installed a pool bench. It all turned out absolutely excellent, and I am very pleased with their service. Overall, everyone that I dealt with from the installers to the billing department did an exceptional job, and I definitely would recommend them!

Quality work! We use Pool Covers, Inc. to do subcontracting work for our company. Their employees are friendly people who work well with our staff. We can always count on them to do quality work, and they are always there when they say they will be there. Very punctual.
