I called three times between the 27th and Jan 2. Finally reaching someone in person at the end of the day 1/2 I was told they had just pulled my car in to repair and there were no loaner cars available for my use.
0 Star : My Experience Disappointed that there is still a fair amount of damage not repaired. I don't know if the remaining damage was unnecessaary to repair or if they were just trying to keep costs down, but I wish they would have either quoted for a complete repair, or specified that the quote was only for partial repair. We have used this body shop twice before for the same vehicle in the past and it indeed came back looking like new. Not this time though.
