0 Star : My Experience My car was dropped off at the body shop on 5/16/2023. Since then, I didn't hear from the body shop, so I called to follow up. They kept telling me it's been worked on. Finally, A WEEK LATER, they told me they found more damage. It's hard to understand why it took them a week to realize there is more damage (two door replacement work from parking lot hit and run). 5 Star : My Experience 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality There was a lot if fine, chalky dust in the trunk area that I had clean up. The more important thing is that it now pulls to the right while at highway speeds. I’m not sure if this is a Toyota Service issue as they did the alignment or if is a missed diagnosis during the repair process. As it is, it needs more servicing. 5 Star : Customer Service They communicated well during the process.
0 Star : My Experience I did not realize that the quote/estimate did not include a new grille. So there are still giant scrape marks on the grille. This should have been included in the repairs.

I dropped my car off once and when I called to check on status, they informed me they didn't even have the parts to do the repair, but never called me to let me know not to drop it off.
