0 Star : My Experience My car was a week late from the original pick up—5 days late after the pushed back pick up. No communication was offered unless I called and asked about my car, and that was only if I could get an answer. The online portal was never updated. Every day they had my car I had to pay $30 for a rental, so the extra 5 days cost me $150. Worse yet they had my car for nine days to do the work that should have taken one or two. They should only need to be in possession of by car when it’s being worked on.
