0 Star : My Experience The car was drivable but you kept it for 2 months. It could have been assessed and returned to me so That it could have been use until the parts came in.I appreciate Becky’s helpfulness unlike the other two guys who were not interested in sharing any information.

My vehicle was fixed quicker than I expected since my step dad had been there previously and it took several months and there were lots of delays. 0 Star : My Experience Don't contact me, your receptionist for the body shop was extremely rude. Tried to pressure me into buying new tires saying they couldn't do wheel alignment without new tire, which is false nothing on a wheel alignment goes off tires. If they would have offered a price and option for new tires I would have went with it. But if you try to force me into a situation absolutely not. Costco put new tires on at a fraction of the cost and with a smile. I will never do service here again. Never buy a car here.... read more

0 Star : My Experience The repair itself looks well, but originally we were supposed to receive the car back the week of July 4 (the vehicle was dropped off to be worked on June 26) then we’re told they had to order and given the new date of July 18. Then we received two emails saying we were on track for July 18.
