0 Star : My Experience My car was done 7 weeks after dropping it off on June 8. The original estimate was 2-3 weeks. For complete customer satisfaction Preferred Collision needs: 1) better communications (phone calls to Preferred where messed up; calls not returned; transferred to wrong dept. 2) The weekly automated emails where not very helpful, the additional email contradicted the first. 3) Realistic timeframes--I learned recently, techs only work on a car 2 hrs. a day. 0 Star : My Experience They did a very good job of repairing the exterior of the car where there was hail damage. However, there were burn holes in the driver side and passenger side seats that were not there before. They were also dirty. The ceiling along the windshield was also dirty. In talking with Mark Nunez, the body shop is going to stand behind their work and replace the seats and clean up the ceiling which we greatly appreciate.
