0 Star : My Experience Estimated time of repair was 5 business days, the repair lasted 2 weeks. There was no offer of a rental vehicle for the inconvenience of time. Lack of communication, verbally of what was going on. It was nice to see the emails, but if there was information sooner on why it would be taking longer, call within business hours so the call can be returned if missed. 1 Star : Likely to Recommend 2 Star : Repair Quality Quarter panel was not aligned well and weather seal was not properly installed right. 2.5 Star : Customer Service They corrected the issues but it was supposed to be comped on the 18th but didn't get the vehicle until the 24th. 6 days later and still charged me for the $25 rental. 6 days late with no reduction.
