Further, I chose Toyota of Grand Rapids for the work because it was the shop approved for body work that was closest to where I live. We were told that it would take 5-6 days and got a call the day it was suppose to be done and knowone ordered the rim. It was blamed on the insurance estimate. Which I understand and I am a business owner and completely agree that things happen. It was again said to be done Monday, and after calling it had not shown up yet. 0 Star : My Experience The running board doesn't look like it's fastened correctly. Also, the dent in the door is still visible and there's a spot with dirt under the paint. I'm planning on bringing it back in.

0 Star : My Experience Extended length of time to repair vehicle, everyday for several days was given response of the next day it would be available! Friendly staff but inconsistent! Estimate if 2 weeks turned into 4&1/2 weeks! Had we be updated at all by Toyota we would have rented a car while ours was in repair but we kept being told it was almost done!
