This place is super!! Doctors, nurses and staff are awesome! You're remembered by your name, not just your situation or illness. Being in a semi truck accident, they all told me how blessed I was and know God had his angels watching me, helping me thru. God is good!!! Thanks Bryan Leland, for the laughs and great service! As well as Dr Jason Smith!! And the others who I never caught your names, sry. :)

I've been meaning to post in here about what a GREAT experience we had at Premier ER & Urgent Care. We were literally in and OUT, every person we encountered was SO nice, it is a SPARKLING new beautiful place, and when I had a question for the nurse the next day the Dr. ended up calling me back himself! Last, when I got the bill, it was no more than what I pay for a regular doctor visit on our personal insurance plan. Crazy! Just wanted to share!

Was waiting at S&W ER for almost 6 hours that was unsanitary, including the bathrooms in the back, and unfriendly staff....finally left after I was told about Premier. Walked in and was seen right away, acknowledged my concerns and thoroughly evaluated me. I was able to get pain medication, a CT Scan, and was met with a knowledgeable & professional staff, extremely clean & sanitary conditions and with friendly, extremely courteous staff who cared about my needs & went the extra mile to refer me for further evaluation. Everyone was very caring and the staff was great. Dr Parker was exceptional and treated me like a person and not just a patient. I would definitely go back if I needed to again.

I had to go for the first time yesterday. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean and comfortable, which is always a plus. I was in and out in less than an hour. I loved how personable they were and made me feel like a person, not just another patient to get through. And they called today to check to see how I was feeling! Will definitely go there again when the need arises.

I am visiting from Tennessee for the holidays and suffered a leg injury. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable while their. The entire process was fast and efficient. Thank you Premier!
