I had to go there Monday night because I was so sick with the flu. After being a nurse 28 years myself I have to say I was BEYOND impressed with how personable everyone was, including the doctor! I didn't have to wait for anything. My nurses Bryan and Jennifer were always on top of everything. Bryan popped my IV right in and got labs and gave me the medication I needed to start feeling better. Dr. Riddle was so caring and really listened to me, the patient. I highly recommend premier!! Very clean and the staff was exceptional!! My husband had a kidney stone and they got him back literally within 2 minutes. Got his IV in and pain medicine going and within 10 minutes he was pain free! The doctor even called him the day after and about 3 days after to check on him!! We will always choose this location over making a trip to Scott & white ER!!!

Excellent, caring and highly efficient staff who provide top notch care in a calm, state of the art facility. They LISTEN and include the patient in planning care. Highest recommendation for urgent or Emergency care. Too bad they don't provide primary care... one can hope...
