We are so thankful for Premiere ER! After a freak accident, my son broke a bone in his mouth and had a displaced tooth. Because of the Premiere ER's doctor decision to put the tooth back in place and not just numb it up and send us home, the tooth was able to be saved. The oral surgeon today told us that decision made a big difference in our son's recovery. Everyone was so kind and patient and helped calm our nerves in a scary situation. Took my Mom yesterday and the staff was amazing!! Extremely fast, caring, and took excellent care of my Mom. Dr. Danielle and RN Craig were the best!!
I have gone to Premier ER multiple times and have yet to be let down. They work at a very high level of professionalism and do everything they can to make the patient better. I recently went in with shingles and they did everything possible to bring me comfort and healing. They even called and check on me 2 days later. Top notch facility in my book. Stellar experience! From the doctor who prescreened me by phone for ER or urgent care options to Nancy at the welcome desk to Danita Loftis PA, the radiology tech, two nurses, and all the other smiling faces throughout...I felt incredibly cared for by expert hands. Thanks, Premier!

I found myself needing medical attention Friday evening and the last thing I needed was to be placed in line behind the countless numbers of Medicaid patients at the local Waco hospitals. I went to Premier E.R. and was seen immediately. The kindness, care, compassion, medical attention and professionalism I received was over the top. I'm very pleased Waco has this choice when it comes to after hours medical care. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I won't have a second thought about where to go.
