Premier ER + Urgent Care
They have the nicest staff who are comforting during a stressful scary time. There is no wait and the facility is very clean.
The care was exceptional. Just make sure you are able to cover expenses if you are not covered by insurance.
Had to take our newborn last night to the ER. We had to wait less than five minutes for a nurse to bring us back and start getting all the vitals, and the doctor saw us within ten minutes. They explained all of the tests they were doing and the reasons for them. The whole staff was courteous, compassionate, and were outstanding with the baby! Hopefully we will not have to make a return trip, but if so will be using Premier ER!
Just got home. EXCELLENT CARE. Wonderful staff. NO long waits. Thorough care. Started out in Urgent Care, but able to go to the ER in the same building for further testing. Both sides were great.
Every time we need to visit the urgent care we are pleased with the friendliness of the entire staff. They always get us in and out in a timely manner... Nothing worse than waiting hours with a sick baby-but you won't find that here. It's a great place with great people.
Had a great experience in and out in less than two hours ZERO WAIT on 4th of July (!!!), excellent care. I always feel like a VIP every time I come here. Shoutout to Donita, Dr. Popejoy, Tiffany, Diana, Kristen, Madeana, and Nancy. Thank you for all of your loving care.❤️
